Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Nature

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a license key has been revealed or activated, it is considered "consumed" and is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The software is completely non-functional on your system and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Double payments for the same transaction.
• The product was not delivered (license key not assigned) after a successful payment.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

• Game bans or account suspensions.
• Changing your mind after purchase.
• Failure to read system requirements before purchasing.
• Detection of the software by game anti-cheat systems.
